We proudly offer Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. NO minimum purchase required.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Order are processed within 2-5 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time .

 

SHIPPING TIME 

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed 
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high- volume periods ( such as product launches or holidays).

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • International shipping will be announced at a later date.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Julz Asia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

For incorrect addresses provided at checkout, customers are responsible for any reshipping fees.
